- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Everytime I come back to Integrative Pain Centers to see Dr. Cross, I have a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and supporting and takes their time. I never feel rushed or as "just an other patient" - everybody makes me feel welcome and makes me feel like their priority for now. The Front Office stuff is friendly and professional and the MA's are helpful and understanding for my constant pain. Dr. Cross is always makes an effort to manage my pain in new ways and she listens and takes her time and she is very good in explaining everything that is going on. I never feel like I go into a procedure without knowing what is going to happen. She always makes an effort to educate her patients and to explain and answer every question. I finally found a doctor who can help me and make my pain tolerable.November 14, 2017by Andrea K
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just found out I could have been seeing Dr Cross here in Fairbanks rather than flying down to Anchroage to see other specialists. I have nothing bad to say about them either, but it is nice having an expert in town.
